Transparency Reporting

Section 18 (2) of the Public Act 94 of 1979, The State School Aid Act, requires each school district and intermediate school district to post certain information on its website within 15 days after a board adopts its annual operating budget or any subsequent revision to that budget. The Annual Budget and Transparency Reporting is an opportunity to communicate to our community on how we utilize the resources that are provided to us. Eligible classroom teachers and school support staff have been identified and provided Form 5734 by November 9, 2020 to provide an opportunity for written appeals of eligibility status on a school website and at least 1 other means of widely used communication. This notice provides an opportunity for any classroom teacher or support staff to appeal eligibility status or the FTE calculation to the district or nonprofit nonpublic school in writing by December 4, 2020.

Dues Paid to Associations: The PSA did not pay any association dues in 2019-20.

Lobbying Expenses: The PSA did not incur any lobbying expenses in 2019-20.

Out-of-State Travel for Administrators: The Administrators (principal and assistant principal) did not conduct out-of-state travel in the 2019-20 fiscal year.

Online Learning – Section 21(f): Not applicable – the PSA does not operate an online learning program under Section 21(f).

Collective Bargaining Agreement: Neither the PSA nor its Educational Service Provider is party to a collective bargaining agreement.

Health Care Benefits Plan: Not applicable – the PSA has no employees. School staff are employees of the Educational Service Provider (PrepNet).
